Underage Teen Girl Sex Parties Father Charged With Rape

A northern Kentucky father accused of throwing sex parties for teenagers now faces a rape charge. Police say James Norris had sex with a 15-year-old girl who was at one of the parties at his Kenton County home.
Norris already faced several charges. Police say he bought alcohol for the teens then encouraged sexual acts to take place.
Two teenage boy are also charged with rape.
Police originally held Norris responsible for simply being there as the criminal activities occurred, but now they say he was also a participant.
Witnesses tell police Norris bought alcohol for them. Police say Norris encouraged two of the girls to disrobe and engage in sexual conduct while he took pictures and displayed them on his computer screen.
