MANCHESTER, Pa. - A couple has been charged with holding parties in their mobile home where adolescent girls and young women were encouraged to have sex with adult men, police said.
Mark Reever, 38, and Melissa Reever, 35, of Newberry Township, also provided alcohol and drugs, including crack cocaine and heroin, at parties they began hosting for neighborhood children last year, according to court documents.

"They basically facilitated an environment where children were encouraged to engage in sexual acts with adults," Newberry Township Police Chief David Duffy said Tuesday. "They allowed this to be a party house. They took advantage of several young children."
The Reevers were charged this week with corruption of minors, criminal solicitation, statutory assault and other offenses. The couple is being held in York County Prison.
Three other men were arrested in connection with the parties, police said.
Eleven females between the ages of 13 and 21 have been identified as victims and there may be more, Duffy said.
"They would allow them to drink alcohol, use drugs and then took advantage of them," Duffy said. "The fact that (the victims are) minors is cause enough. The fact that they added (alcohol and drugs) to the equation makes it even worse."
