PALMER TWP. -- Police arrested a 42-year-old Easton man Monday on charges he posted nude pictures of his ex-girlfriend at a township post office and bank. Workers at the post office on South Greenwood Avenue called police on March 9 after several people complained that nude pictures were inserted into newspapers they purchased at the post office.
The postal employees determined the woman depicted in the pictures was the same woman whose nude photos were pinned on a post office bulletin board about two to three weeks earlier.
More nude photos of the woman were also pinned up at the Sovereign Bank in the 3100 block of William Penn Highway on March 10, police said.
The photos were all sexually explicit, police said.
Police recognized the woman in the photo as the same person who called police on Jan. 22 to say her ex-boyfriend, Larry Scott Kramer, had placed a nude photo of her on her car in Easton while she was at work.
Police showed the woman the photos from the bank and post office and she verified she was the one depicted in the nude images.
Kramer was arraigned before District Justice Ralph Litzenberger on charges of harassment, stalking, and posting obscene and other sexual materials and performances.
Kramer, of the 1100 block of Wood Street, was committed to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.
The victim told police she already has harassment and stalking charges pending against Kramer.
A preliminary hearing is set for 10 a.m. March 25.
