MANSFIELD -- James Buckler Jr., who admitted to taking pictures of teenage girls while they were nude or wearing revealing clothes, will spend the next 10 years in prison. The 46-year-old Lexington man also was declared a sexually-oriented offender Monday in Common Pleas Court, meaning he'll have to register his place of residence with local law enforcement for 10 years after he gets out of prison.
Buckler, who used to live at 98 W. Main St. in Lexington, pleaded guilty last month to 15 charges involving the production or possession of child pornography.

He admitted to taking and having pictures of the teenage girls.
"The whole thing on my part is stupid," he said. "I crossed boundaries that I should not have ... I blew my whole life for stupidity."
But he objected to comments by Judge James DeWeese and assertions he provided marijuana, alcohol or prescription drugs to the teens in exchange for them posing for pictures.
"I did not provide young ladies with prescription drugs or alcohol or marijuana," Buckler said. "They took my cigarettes and I looked the other way ... but I didn't give them the other stuff."
Assistant Prosecutor Bambi Couch-Page said marijuana was found in Buckler's residence.
"But those kids brought it in," he said.
In exchange for a guilty plea last month, 15 other charges were dismissed.
Police raided Buckler's home Oct. 16 after a girl's mother filed a complaint alleging Buckler ask- ed her daughter to expose her breasts in exchange for two cigarettes. They say they found at least 30 photographs depicting child pornography. Couch-Page said three of the girls, ages 13 and 14, live in Lexington, but the identity of a fourth girl has never been determined.
