A retired San Antonio police officer was found guilty Friday of secretly videotaping his daughter having sex. James Bell claimed he was shooting video to catch his daughter and a boyfriend doing drugs. News 4 WOAI didn't release her name or show her face during testimony because of the sensitive nature of this case, but after the trial, she spoke out about the ordeal.

"I just pray nobody ever, ever has to go through this," said Anna Rodriguez. "This has been the worst experience of my life."

Rodriguez watched her intimate moments along with the jury during the trial. There was 18 hours of videotape shown, all of which was shot in her bedroom. Her father, James Bell, claimed he was just trying to find out if Anna and her boyfriend were using drugs and if her boyfriend was abusing her. The jury didn't buy that story. In a little more than two hours, Bell was convicted on three counts of improper photography.

"I've been waiting for this for three years and I am now able to have closure and move on and go back to my family," said Rodriguez.

The judge will sentence Bell in a week and a half. He could get up to two years in prison.
