David Ernest Hill and Michelle Lynn Houser Videotaped 15 Year Old Daughter

A Bothell woman and her boyfriend were each charged Monday with three sex crimes after they allegedly encouraged her 13-year-old son to have sex with a 17-year-old girl and then videotaped it. Her 15-year-old daughter also was taped engaging in sex with the older girl, prosecutors said.
David Ernest Hill and Michelle Lynn Houser, both 33, were charged with two counts each of sexual exploitation of a minor and one count of second-degree child molestation.
The sex and the videotaping happened after a group of young people were given a large quantity of alcohol and shown a pornographic movie July 16 at Houser's home, said deputy prosecutor Janice Albert.
Hill and Houser allegedly took turns taping the teens engaged in sex. They suggested different positions and encouraged them to continue, Albert said.
On the video, the 17-year-old girl appeared highly intoxicated and unable to speak clearly, Albert said. At different times, the children asked the couple to stop the taping, she added.
Houser invited her 13-year-old son and 15-year-old daughter to the house for the weekend. Neither live with her. The daughter brought along a 17-year-old friend.
Houser and Hill told police she gave the children alcohol, and she admitted taping the sex between the boy and 17-year-old girl, and sex between the two girls.
Albert is asking the court to set $20,000 bail for the defendants.
