Dane Fulz pleads guilty to leaving porn magazines at neighbors' homes

Published: Aug 16, 2004 - 04:31 AM

CARLISLE, Pa. A former Cumberland County man who allegedly left pornographic magazines and photos at the homes of female neighbors has pleaded guilty to a stalking charge. Forty-three-year-old Dane Fulz, who now lives in Lewistown, entered the plea yesterday before President Judge George Hoffer.
Chief Deputy District Attorney Jaime Keating says the plea didn't involve an agreement on sentencing.

Police say pornographic magazines and other items were left at the home of one woman in the Hampden Township neighborhood where Fultz formerly lived. Other victims said they found sexually offensive notes, unsigned letters and photos.

Police say fingerprints linked Fultz to the magazines.

Even though the stalking charge carries a penalty of up to five years in prison, public defender Linda Hollinger says sentencing guidelines would call for no more than a month in prison, or probation, for Fultz. He has no criminal record.
