A primary school teacher has admitted taking indecent images of pupils with a concealed camera. Maurice Turner, 54, from Worsley, Greater Manchester, pleaded guilty to nine counts of making indecent photographs of children, five counts of taking indecent photographs of children and four counts of distributing indecent photographs of children.
He asked for another 30 offences to be taken into consideration.
Minshull Street Crown Court heard that Turner had been using a camera hidden inside a laptop computer case to take images of pupils, which he later distributed on the internet.
He has worked as a supply teacher at more than 30 schools in Greater Manchester from September 2001, in areas including Radcliffe, Salford and Bolton.
He was arrested on the 6 October this year at one of the schools after his details were found on the computer of another offender.

Turner was found to have 2,500 indecent images he had taken off the internet.
Greater Manchester Police has said that any parents whose children were identifiable from the pictures have been notified.
Detective Inspector Nick Howarth, of Greater Manchester Police said: "Turner's actions were despicable.
"He was in a position of trust and authority and he abused this in the most calculating way.
"A number of families, schools and communities have been left devastated by his actions and we are pleased that he has taken it upon himself to plead guilty today.
"Turner will never work with children again and our main priority is to prevent people like Turner from offending and protect victims of this type of crime."
Turner will be sentenced in February.
